Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, enrolling, or using Oratory Skills Courses (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced from within the Service, including our Privacy Policy where applicable. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

Accurate information: You must provide current, complete, and accurate registration and purchase information and keep it updated.
Account security: You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments & Refunds

Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated fairly and in good faith. Where allowed, you may be asked for basic order details and the reason for the request.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

Termination
